Ham, Cheese and Egg Breakfast Biscuits
All of your favorite breakfast goodies stuffed inside of a warm, flakey, buttery biscuit.

Ingredients
  • 8 BiscuitsUncooked. I used Pillsbury Butter flavor.
  • 2Slices CheeseI used Cheddar but pepper jack would be good too.
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4Peices HamBlack forest ham from the deli is preferred.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and butter a large round baking dish.
  2. Start by preparing your eggs the way you like them. I do half fried eggs, half scrambled.
  3. Open each biscuit in the center and lay them flat on a plate.
  4. Cut the cheese into fourths and put one piece in each biscuit. Cut the ham in half and place it on the biscuit.
  5. Put a scoop of your finished eggs on top and fold the biscuit up.
  6. Put each biscuit in a large round baking dish.
  7. Let bake for 17 minutes at 350 degrees.
